Good experience overall

I returned some sunglasses once, it was pretty straightforward. Just make sure you do it within the timeframe they specify, and the glasses are in new condition.

From what I remember, you get a certain amount of days to return them, as long as they haven't been worn or anything. Check their FAQ for the exact number of days, but it wasn't complicated for me.
